#973 Restart OpenGnsys service after stopping it
After updating OpenGnsys with the script, if there is a new version of
the ogAdmServer, the script stop the service. So, you had to start
manually the service once the update has finished.
This commit makes a restart of the service after copying the new
version of the ogAdmServer.
