Rename 'linux' folder and operations to 'live'
ogLive related operations are named inside a 'Linux' folder, also its
python class is named OgLinuxOperations. Rename every 'linux' occurrence
with live to further clarify this folder and operations.
- OgLinuxOperations -> OgLiveOperations
- src/linux/ -> src/live/
